Every designer’s size is different, therefore we advise you to check each designer’s size guide before placing the order at our size guide page:

The actual color may slightly vary from the photos and videos on our website, as each device has different display and screen settings.

Unfortunately once an order has been placed, it can no longer be cancelled, however, you can return the product as per our return policy within 14 calendar days.

Products can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date you notify us of your intention to return the product(s).

Buyer will be responsible for return delivery cost.

We will send refund back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within 10 calendar days of receiving the item.

Products should be unworn, in its original condition and all the tags attached to it.

To initiate the return process, please send us an email at returns@glamcloset.co.uk. Please also provide the product code, size and reason of return.

We accept payments via Debit Card, Credit Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

We aim to deliver the products as soon as we receive an order and our delivery timelines are as follows:

*The cut-off time for next day delivery is 2:00 pm on a working day from Monday to Friday. If an order is placed after 2:00 pm then it will be delivered following working day.

Delivery is free on orders above £130.
